PGA golf coaching with intent
I'm Joe Allenby, head coach at Joe Allenby Golf Academy. I turned professional in 2018 to work with golfers of every ability, and it has been a genuine passion ever since. Mizuno ambassador.
Most coaching chases the perfect swing. I coach the one that works for you.
Instead of textbook mechanics or short-term fixes, I use a range of swing theory and high-tech analysis to find the most seamless, repeatable swing for your game.

TrackMan 4 launch monitor in every lesson
Every coaching session is measured on a TrackMan 4 launch monitor, the radar system used by the world's leading players and coaches. Every shot is tracked for ball speed, carry, launch, spin and dispersion.
TrackMan 4 numbers sit alongside high speed video, so you see what the ball and the club are actually doing and why. No guesswork in your lesson.

What golfers say about coaching with Joe
Joe is very knowledgeable and informative on the complex game of golf. His advice on the varying technics to use to improve my game, were so helpful. Since having lessons with Joe my stance, swing and ball position has improved my game. Highly recommend
Known Joe for a long time due to my son who recommended i had a lesson with Joe to try and sort out my swing. It was hard work but found Joe to be very accommodating with his guidance, he changed my grip and pointed out where I was going wrong with my swing. Practicing the drill he gave me to do and played a few holes on Sunday and what a difference. Highly recommended, Bravo!
Visited Joe today at his fitting studio in Sutton. Previously had my Mizuno irons fitted with Joe and today I had a utility iron fitted with him. Very in depth, patient and friendly all whilst going into lots of detail in all aspects of the game. Can't recommend Joe enough, he knows his stuff! Many thanks again Joe so thank you again!
